Refund policy
Harbour & Nest sells digital products (downloadable PDF files). Because files are delivered instantly and can't be returned, we don't offer refunds for change of mind.
If something's wrong, we'll make it right. If your file is faulty, won't download or open, isn't as described, or you accidentally bought the same product twice, email us within 30 days of purchase at with your order number. We'll send a working file, help you get it open, or give you a full refund.
Your consumer rights. Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law or other consumer laws that apply where you live. If a product has a major problem, you're entitled to a refund.
How refunds are paid. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method, usually within 5-10 business days.
